As autistic adults grow older, their needs and experiences evolve. Yet, there is still a significant gap in research and understanding of this life stage.
The Ageing-Autism Project is working to close that gap by developing tools, resources, and knowledge that support autistic adults, their families, and the professionals who accompany them.
To do this, we are currently conducting three short, anonymous surveys to gather insights from:
- Autistic adults aged 30 and over
- Family members of autistic adults aged 30 and over
- Professionals working with autistic adults aged 30 and over
Your input is essential! The information you share will help us create more relevant, compassionate, and effective responses to the needs of autistic individuals as they age.
Survey availability:
The surveys are available in Portuguese, Spanish, and Finnish through our project partners in each country:
Portugal: Visit FPDA’s social media channels for access
Spain: Follow Fundación Miradas for updates
Finland: Stay tuned to Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK)
We encourage you to share this opportunity widely within your networks. Every response contributes to building a future where ageing with autism is better understood, supported, and respected.
